Refund Policy

Better Call Max

Refunds are handled fairly and on a case-by-case basis, with the aim of being reasonable while respecting booked time.

Cancellations by the Client

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled service are eligible for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service are not normally refundable, as the time has been reserved.

Cancellations by Better Call Max

  • If a service needs to be cancelled by Better Call Max, a full refund will be issued, or the service can be rescheduled at no extra cost.

Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances

  • In cases of severe weather or other unforeseen circumstances, services may be rescheduled.

  • If rescheduling isn’t possible, a refund will be issued.

Partially Completed Services

  • If a service is cut short due to a dog becoming unwell, distressed, or unsafe to continue, this will be discussed with the owner.

  • Refunds for partially completed services are not guaranteed but will be considered fairly.

Payment Processing Fees

  • Where applicable, payment processing fees may not be refundable, as these are charged by third-party providers.

Refund Method

  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method wherever possible.

  • Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
